This is an adorable Bonnet Macaque monkey that makes a happy "chattering" sound, named "Janardan." Janardan means "one who helps others" in India because while other Macaques defend their turf and hoard their food, Janardan shares his fruit and leaves with others. Bonnet Macaques live in South India to Sri Lanka. The other macaques think he is a fool and that he should fight to keep his food, but janardan just smiles and says, "Harmony grows if nourished."
